• The base proposal for this contract will provide the Repair and Renovation of existing Buildings 3187, 3187A, and 3379. The project includes converting the existing, 104996 s.f. [83,236 s.f. + 21,760 s.f. NIC] Commissary (B3379), to an Exchange main store retail sales floor, and construct a new garden shop canopy system. The project also includes the renovation of the existing two-story 137227 s.f. [103,775 s.f. + 33,452 s.f. NIC] main retail store and 43048 s.f. [29,797 s.f. + 13,251 s.f. NIC] services shops (B3187 & B3187A). Supporting facilities include all required utilities, communications and alarms, power, pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm drainage, landscaping, and other site improvements. Interior construction will be appropriate for establishment, set up, and operation of a retail business.
