• Work will consist of the design and construction of a 1-story [60,761 gross s.f., Bid Schedule A; 55,000 gross s.f., Bid Schedule B; 50,000 gross s.f., Bid Schedule C; 45,000 gross s.f., Bid Schedule D] HUMINT General Instructional Building at Ft. Huachuca, AZ to include a training building for soldiers and instructors and spaces to include classrooms of various sizes, auditorium, and support spaces. The number of personnel to be in the building is 72 students and 80 instructors for the HT-JTOE group and 60 students and 60 instructors for the DSDC functional group. Site work will include but not be limited to parking lots, force protection devices, all utility service extensions, sidewalks, and landscaping.
