• Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct the following: Contact/Fee Station - (1,250 GSF), Visitor Arrival Structure (8,200 GSF), Administration Building Remodel - (7300 GSF), Rehab Existing Restroom Building (1,100 GSF - minimal cosmetic work). Work also includes extensive outdoor interpretive areas including landscaping and hardscaping, shade structures and exhibit, support structures, landscape retaining walls. Both the Visitor Center and Administration building components of the project will undergo the US Green Building Council's LEED certification process.
