The primary function of the facility is to provide sales and processing of miscellaneous commodities and grocery items for the military community of the base. Sales and administrative areas are air-conditioned.

The Design Build Los Angeles AFB Fitness Center is a 34,054 SF Physical Fitness Center complete with gymnasium, two glass wall racquetball courts, sauna, aerobics, weight room, exercise room, locker/shower rooms, sauna, and laundry. The facility also includes a Health & Wellness Center with classroom, kitchen, and offices. The plan was designed to accommodate a future exterior pool.

The work provided repairs and renovation to comply with current critical safety and building codes, and reconfigure deteriorated steam heating with a code complaint hydronic system. Mechanical upgrades and fire sprinkler system, fire protection system, HAZMAT abatement and associated interior renovation of the existing spaces was completed.
This project was completed 41 months ahead of schedule.

Fast track project for the U.S. Border Patrol was completed in 65 days. DV-3 is located within the Area of Operation of the Office of Border Patrol’s Tucson Sector, Ajo and Casa Grande Stations and traverses 10.83 miles along the International Boundary between the United States and Mexico. The fence is located on Roosevelt Reservation land which required coordination and collaboration with landowners and districts within the Tohono O’Odham Nation.
