Contract Value: $16.7 million

The design concept created for this LEED Gold building respects the sovereignty of the wetland area, preserving it and using it as a focal point to create amenities and visual interest from the interior spaces of the building as well as the street perspective. The concept artfully ties the styling and material makeup of the building to the physics of aerodynamics creating a new building type while upholding the principals of the BEAP. The HRSC represents the beauty of flight with it long, crisp lines, dynamic composition of airfoil forms, and aluminum sun-control fins make the building appear to take flight.
