Marc Boney is Straub’s human resources consultant who specializes in executive coaching and teambuilding, and the development of key employees. He has over twenty-four years experience working with CEO's, Presidents and other senior managers of both large and small organizations, primarily on human resource issues (especially on the hiring of new employees).

Marc’s background includes four years on the staff of Northwestern University's Executive MBA program and five years in the executive recruiting industry in Chicago, helping organizations hire the right leadership.

Marc has an MA in Counseling Psychology and a BA in English Literature, both from Northwestern University.
